I have a whole page of promos listed under my account number, from concerts, free rooms, slot tournaments, boxing matches etc. But I can't seem to book any of these directly online--is there something I'm not doing correctly; does this feature really exist.?

Is this something new? Maybe they haven't ironed out the bugs yet. Venetian did the same thing a while ago, rolled out online promo reservations. Didn't work well and was scrapped. Harrah's online is pretty good, surprisingly for Harrah's.

The item I placed in italics has been there for several months, right after they required a 7 character password to log-on to their web page.
[PS: yesterday 9/8 all my offers were listed, today NO offers appear, maybe they are doing a system upgrade implementing online booking.:confused:]
[PSPS: Harrahs online booking is rather good: (1)I booked several future stays in LAS, one was the New Years Eve period, I could pick any of their properties comped, my slot hostess booking system does NOT yet have that period available to her. (2)Trying to book simultaneous stays in casinos in the same locale is immediately flagged as an error (there have been times when I forgot that I made a booking...)
