Los Angeles Area casinos
Some questions:
All Indian? Any decent Double Deck Blackjack? |
While not in Los Angeles, Pachanga Casino or Casino Morongo I hear are quite good. Both about 1.5 to 2 hours outside of LA.

Within 30 miles of LA all you have are poker cardrooms and a couple of horse tracks. The poker cardrooms offer a b*ized form of "blackjack," but don't bother.
Drive about 80 miles and you will encounter Indian casinos, they have blackjack and maybe even double-deck blackjack, but I have rarely had any luck there. As far as I know there is no gaming authority that will keep them honest as far as having to put all the 10-cards back in the deck. Vegas is an hour and $100 away from LAX, BUR, SNA and ONT on WN; LGB on B6; LAX is also served by a very few AA and US flights. One of the Indian casinos is called Moron go. |

I came real close to messing this up by almost reserving a hotel by LAX b/c of a casino that is a mile away from it (I believe in El Segundo) but doesn't have slot machines. Any good/great suggestions on how to go about this? |
