Caesar's Rewards web site issues
For the last few months the Caesar's web site shows no hotel availability in Vegas when I log in but shows availability when I am logged out but at higher prices. Reservation supervisor at call center says it is probably an IT issue but it has gone on for awhile. Call center says just call us we will make reservation for you. But I would like to be able to see the price grid.
Is this a known issue or does anyone have insights or suggestions to get this fixed? For the record I am CR diamond by way of Wyndham. |
Have you stayed at Caesars properties without playing? This issue has come up for people who no-played Diamond rate stays. See here.

I have stayed at member rates without playing. Is there a fix other than paying non member rates? Never heard of this before. Thanks for your response.

Using an OTA (Orbitz, Priceline, Expedia, etc) Transferring your Wyndham points to CET or using Wyndham points for a CET stay. CET may not openly state this but I wouldn't be surprised if they are cracking down on non-gambler use of benefits intended for gambling visitors. CET is not in the hotel business; those rooms are intended for people who gamble at CET casinos. |
Interesting suggestions. So CR diamonds don't pay resort fees on stays booked through OTA or through Wyndham (cash) or using Wyndham points? Thanks
