I just went to Vegas (or any casino) for the first time in 1.5 years. I'm a cheap-o diamond through gambling and I had my regular comp offers though as I booked at the last minute they started to dry up. I am gold with MLife via status match. I booked Aria over July 4 weekend who offered 4 comped nights, $200 free play and $100 resort credit. The 4 comped nights had no resort fees which surprised me as I thought they didn't waive the resort fees, especially not for gold and as a result the offer was better than what I was offered by CET. The $100 resort credit was in addition to the waived resort fees. I played at both Aria and Planet Hollywood. I never used the diamond lounges even when I got to use them for free.
What I'd like to know is why when logged in to CET they may show various room types but never suites. When I try to book a room with an offer, suites are listed, but not available (for free/comp). |

When you search at CET pick your hotel and dates then under FILTERS check Caesars suites and those rooms show up. Hopefully you also grabbed the Wynn Platinum match from either CET Diamond or Mlife Gold. We matched June 25 and already received an offer at Wynn for 3 comp nights and $200 in free play..............we played about $40 in slots at Wynn after the match ad had never been there before. |

On TR website when I try to book a room one option is "...suites".
When I try to book a room with an offer, suites are listed, but not available (for free/comp). But suites just don't show up for me as long as I'm logged in. https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...4fadf9c1b5.png |

I'll see other room choices that aren't comped (like Nobu rooms at Caesars).
But suites just don't show up for me as long as I'm logged in. https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...4fadf9c1b5.png My wife and I both see suites at Paris the same dates as you posted For some reason I can't post screen shots as part of a reply to you, screenshot is in my next reply |

Thanks for the help. I guess this time it really is me.
Not a problem any more since I gave up on Caesars a couple years ago. Enjoying Mlife now and yes they do waive resort fees based on play rather than tier score. |
