Caesars Race and Sports Outside of LV
Is there any comprehensive list of all Caesars properties that have sports books and race and sports books?
I'm looking for race and sports betting options NOT in Las Vegas. I know that not all states with casino gambling have legalized sports wagering (i.e. Louisiana) and some that have sports books don't have off-track betting (i.e. Mississippi).
So, where can one bet both horses and sports at a Caesars property outside of LAS?

Caesars purchased William Hill so there are all sorts of locations throughout America now.

I guess the target would be the few racinos that Caesars still has left (Indiana? Iowa? Louisiana doesn't have sports betting and LaD is being sold anyway)
Edited to add: forgot about the Harrah's PHL harness track. When I visited that place it seemed to have an extremely convoluted process for earning RCs/TCs on horse racing bets. That was a couple of years ago before sports betting arrived.

Considering Tahoe for March Madness this year. Anyone visited the Caesars properties there? Specifically the race and sports book(s)?
I have a placeholder comp reservation booked at Harvey's.
I haven't been to Vegas since before COVID but my preferred Caesars race and sports book there, Bally's, used to automatically multiply RCs on horse racing betting based on daily total action. If memory serves, it was bet $1000+ per day to get a 2X multiplier on RCs.
Wonder if there's something similar in Tahoe. Separate from the daily TC bonuses, I mean.
