first trip to AC (Caesars) after reopening
I stayed at Caesars in AC this past weekend. (1)fairly crowed--more than on a "typical" Friday, Saturday (pre Cov 19), (2)No drinks or food in Casino (3)A few restaurants had take-out, only to be eaten in your room, (4)some outdoor dining, wind and heat lends a "nice" ambiance.:td::rolleyes:
Borgata delayed their opening to 7/23, per their email, dining in tents (some protection from wind and heat:cool:); they are even opening their Amphora Lounge (for Gold, Plats and Noir) F-Su.--tent dining, with full service bar. How are "day-trippers" in Caesars AC supposed to eat? Take their food to the Boardwalk? In LAS drinks on the casino floor was permitted. The ONLY plus that I see for the AC reopening: SMOKING IS BANNED.:tu::tu: |
Based on my casino experiences recently, I have seen lack of mask enforcement on the gaming floor... with people chin-strapping with a drink on their machine.
I get that you can't wear a mask and lose judgment via alcoholism at the same time.. but then what's the point? |
People should not need to wear masks, at their own machine while paying and enjoying drinks!

That's why I am going to Vegas rather than AC in November!
