Free Drink Devaluation for Caesars Diamond
Just learned of a new devaluation of Caesars Rewards Diamond status. One of the nice little perks of Diamond used to be two free drinks at certain bars/restaurants. At the bar in Jack Binion's Steakhouse (Horseshoe SHV) the bartender said this benefit had been discontinued as of a month or so ago.
I'd much rather enjoy a high quality cocktail at the bar of a nice restaurant than a poorly mixed one on the casino floor or in a crowded Diamond Lounge. Just for kicks and with no evidence whatsoever, I will blame Founders Card freeloaders for this devaluation! |

This was never a listed benefit, it's more of an extended courtesy by some bars and restaurants. So a devaluation in that aspect is kind of null since it was never there to begin with. With no evidence whatsoever also, I don't think FC holders make that big of a dent with CET/CR benefits. If it did, they would've ended that relationship by now. If anything, its the non-stop tier matches they have been doing for the last 3-4 years. |
