If you mean casino (and not airline) tier points, you might want to skim through some of the information in the casinoo/gambling loyalty programs forum here on FT.

Tier points are like status qualifying points for airlines. You can't do anything with them directly.

If you had also accumulated 41K in redeemable points from gambling, akin to RDMs for an airline FFP, that could be converted into $410 in "POINTPlay" i.e. free slot play.
