MLife Tier Credit posting?
 

Should mlife Tier Credits for hotel stay and room charges (dining) appear after check-out or daily during your stay?

Is there a place on the mlife website where you can see your TC history? I can only see the running TC total.

Sometimes it is daily sometimes it is after check-out. I've never really had a consistent experience with the website updating.

My stays at the Bellagio have always shown up daily, based on the quoted daily rate for that day (contrast to TR, where my stays post all at once after checkout).

No TC accounting on the website - I have complained about this before to mLife, but I doubt they care.

Thanks- I ended up calling Bellagio/MLife support and only had to email them a copy of my folio 3 times before they finally figured it out and added the TCs.

I booked through mlife, double checked to make sure that the mlife number was on my reservation, but my points value is at 5400 after checking out. I think I am missing quite a few points. I believe it should be 25 x base rate, which by my math is > 12k points. My guess is the room rate did not post and the 5400pts are from my gaming related activities.

I am going to be in las vegas again next week, guess I will be stopping by the desk at aria to see whats up.

Tier Credits or mLife points? You get TCs for spend, but not points.

If TCs didn't post, yes it is supposed to be 25 TCs per $ - but I'd def e-mail member services with your info and reservation number or give them a call (866.761.7111) to try to figure it out ASAP.

TCs. I did email them this morning, if I don't hear anything I will stop by next week when I am back in town.

Justa as a data point, last week at Mirage my tier credits posted daily from the hotel folio.

This seems to not be standard across mlife properties. I did finally get a response from my email and my points were posted.
