Apply for FoundersCard by April 30th and we will waive your initiation fee ($95 Value) and also extend a preferred annual rate of $395 (vs. our standard rate of $795).
Use my VIP Promo Code FCMICHAEL363 for an annual rate of $395 (vs. our standard rate of $795), valid through April 15, 2015.

A couple questions
Trying to clarify...
baccarat...king--you metion 2 offers, one expiring April 15, which doesn't show the initiation fee being waved and the other expiring April 15 which does show the initiation fee being waved. Do they both waive the activation fee?
PS are the AMEX cards no more?(still a great deal with 3 Vegas trips planned this year--plus free drinks at our local casino)
I would be grateful for a referral if I need one or if it helps you.

Unfortunately, no bonus AMEX cards at this time, AFAIK.

I believe all offers or referral codes are $395 (no initiation fee) for this month (April 2015). I will try to get a "formal" clarification by Monday. (AFAIK, looks like they are extending this offer to at least the 17th of April, perhaps till the end of the month)

I had asked specifically :
If I give friend my
Referral Code :
FCMICHAEL363
Do they get the same offer as you are advertising (waived initiation fee)?
Apply for FoundersCard by April 30th and we will waive your initiation fee ($95 value) and also extend a preferred annual rate of $395 (vs. our standard rate of $795), using my personal referral code FCMICHAEL363 in April 2015?
Also what date is my code with the offer good till in April 2015?
Hi Michael
Yes! Then you can send them to me and I can waive their initiation fee if they can apply this month. Your code will be good at least through May but again if you send your referrals to me I can make sure they get the waived initiation fee while it is available.
Thanks Hilary

Trade Up to Black Label
I do not think this has been mentioned in a while, but those who are on the East Coast (and frequent Atlantic City) should definitely consider doing the Trade Up to Black Label at Borgata.
THIS IS THE LINK!
Basically, you will get Black Label Status at Borgata (equivalent to Diamond Status), a free room (which last I checked can be used on weekends; and is quite valuable if you use it for a Saturday night), and $100 in free play (or match plays).
The $100 bonus, free room and (initial) access to the VIP Lounge is a one time deal; but you can continuously year to year match to Black Label Status.
If you use the free room for a popular Saturday night, the free play and room can far exceed $500 in value; all for just showing (and matching) your Caesars Diamond Card at Borgata.

Thanks for this!
With 3 Vegas trips this summer/fall, we will make up the cost in resort fees alone...much less the dining voucher & show tickets (plus free drinks at our local casion!)
Curious how the upgrade to Diamond works--do I need to go to the casino to get it?
Also--I have 2 Vegas bookings & 2 this fall at our local casino (no dates yet on that 3rd Vegas trip...). Do I need to rebook once I get diamond status, or will they waive the fees when I check in showing my diamond card?
Thanks!!!!!!

When you log onto the Total Rewards Website, you will see you Diamond Status (once the upgrade has been processed).
I would not re-book, the status is "dynamic" with Caesars and they should see it at check-in. No harm in calling reservations to make sure they adjust the resort fees prior to your arrival. But, I would not (personally) worry so much about it, since NO RESORT FEEs is a "stated benefit" for Diamond and 7* guests. Since you will be 100% "officially" Diamond, you would not be required to pay these fees.
