Harrah's: 736 Million Dollar Winners

At www.harrahs.com, you see the number quoted above.
I know that monthly they do give away a Million $ in a drawing in AC (plus One Million in free slot play).
Assuming the 736 is correct, how are they making money on this deal--does this promo attract that many more players to the Casino?
Personally, I'd rather they give more back in slot winnings.:D
