you can only sign up for TR once...the card is good for all properties.

But the last line in my cut and paste of the offer makes that not relevant:

Haven't Played With Us In 12 Months? You Can Receive This Offer Too!

Does us refer to the property advertising the offer or any TR property in AC or any TR property anywhere?

This is an AC-targeted offer. AFAIK, no play at any CZR/TR property in the AC-market in 12 months to get the offer.

Unfortunately the TR desk at Caesars AC tells me that the most stringent definition applies to us ie the offer is only available if you have not played at any TR property anywhere in the last 12 months.
