I am far from a expert on Class 2 and Class 3 gaming; but if a casino (Native American or otherwise) offers traditional table games (craps, baccarat, blackjack, roulette etc.) it has to be a Class 3 casino.

CT Gaming (Mohegan and Foxwoods) is most definitely Class 3. FWIW, Mohegan treats slot players (from what I hear), very well.

Correct...however, it doesn't mean they offer Class 3 slots and video poker! Indian casinos may only offer class 3 gaming if they make a compact with the state they are in. The compact may or may not allow for class 3 slots. in Washington State, for instance, Indian casinos have craps, roulette, and blackjack, but no class 3 slots because the compact doesn't allow them.
