problem booking room on harrahs.com site
If I use google chrome it freezes at 60% (this never happened before).
Using IE9 initially no matter what date I chose it only wanted to book 3/11/11. After going through many contortions:), I was able to get the proper dates in. I sent an email to customer service which elicited a useless reply. I called 1-800-eharrahs (supposedly their web support number) and the agent gave me useless info also. Why have web booking options if they don't work? Anyone else experiencing problems? Followup, I tried using IE8 and that seems to be OK. |
I've had good success with Firefox and the CET website.

I had "upgraded" to google chrome BETA and IE9, my guess is that Harrahs=Caesars tech people did not upgrade their website to accomodate these.
My only suggestion would be to stick with Firefox when using the CET website. |
