Early Returns new member promotion code?
I have just found out the old early returns number I have been using is not being recognized by their system and I am told I need to register for a new number and put in for the missing flights for the last 6 months. The first box on the new registration asks for a promo code, anybody have any good ones?

Not sure if this has been posted or seen here, but I found this on their Promotions page:
Join EarlyReturns: Earn an additional 1500 bonus miles when you join online before 12/31/2009. Looks like no promo code, so I assume it will just be credited when I sign the family up. -Mike |
thanks for the info- I have never flown Frontier and joined their program sometime for what reason I dont know. But my husband and son are flying as well so will get some miles for them.

Several people have reported the 1500 bonus, but I just joined and got 500.

Several friends just joined today and received only 500 instantaneously, nothing else yet.

I called Frontier’s customer service. The rep first said the additional 1000 miles wouldn’t be awarded until I booked my first flight with Frontier. When I said that wasn’t the way the deal was promoted, he checked with his supervisor and came back to say that the additional 1000 miles would be posted to my account “in another week.” |
same here - 500 only. dropped CS and email a week ago and never heard boo back. I might have to signup for their Credit card to get them back for shorting us 1000 miles. <evil grin>

After complaining about receiving only 500 miles for joining, I received the following reply from Frontier:
We are working on getting all the new accounts updated with the correct amount of bonus miles. All of the bonus miles for signing up for an Early Returns account should be entered by the end of next week. (January 15th 2010) There was an error in the system, which cause all of these accounts to only post 500 miles instead of the 1,500 promotion. We thank you for your patience while we get all the new accounts updated. |
Has anyone actually received them yet? I've been checking all week to no avail.
January 15 is tomorrow, so perhaps we'll just all receive the missing miles then! |
My wife and I got an email saying the additional 1000 miles will post by 1/22/10. Looks like they have moved the target date back by 1 week.

The 1000 miles have posted
I, too, was told they would post on 1/15. None there, so I called again on 1/16 and the operator told me they would post them manually. The miles showed up in my account on 1/17.... at last.

I've received my missing miles now -- but after calling on Friday.

Doesn't look like anyone got the 1500 miles, only 500 so far.
Email from Frontier indicates they are working on updating the accounts, when, who knows. |
I emailed them and got the 1000 extra miles after about a week.

Are there any current promotions? I have to book a flight on Frontier for the first time in a few days and would obviously like to qualify if possible.
