The airline from what I see has no live customer service agents to talk with all by text.

It's been this way for awhile now.

On one occasion, when dealing with a somewhat complex issue, the chat agent actually offered to call me. However, I declined, lol.

So it is possible to talk to someone I guess, it's just by invitation only!
