Mileage Expiration
 

Is everyone's mileage expiration still showing "N/A"? I haven't received an expiration update in over a year.

Expiration seems to still be paused or at least extended. I recently went slightly over a year without any activity and didn't lose any points.

Thanks for sharing your data point. They had previously emailed everyone that expirations were resuming but have never changed the website's "NA" expiration date. I don't really want to buy any more points. And they seem to no longer participate in Mags for Miles.

I read somewhere that Frontier Miles now expire after 12 months of no activity. Just earn miles each year and all will be well. I tried emailing Frontier and I did not get a clear answer. I just earned miles a month ago just in case the info I read was wrong. I will earn more miles again after Jan. 1 just to be sure. I wish the people at Frontier would be clear about this issue.

I found out the hard way and lost 48K miles on January 18th.
My account was still saying "n/a" for mileage expiration, but indeed they expired. It was a little over 1 year since the last accrual until they actually show as expired in my history.

I don't see any way to re-activate miles.

Thank you for sharing this information. That is really ridiculous, especially because most points earned here are from flights, not credit card sign up bonuses. Did you call them and see what they say?
