Extra $1.10 charge?
 

I made a few bookings this morning for some upcoming travel, and noticed that before each charge, there was a separate charge for $1.10. I know it's common for some merchants to make a "verification hold," but that doesn't make sense in F9's case since they're submitting the actual charge at the same time.

I'll see in the next few days if the charges stick, but any ideas on what this may be? Any one else see something similar?
