Frontier website issues
 

I am unable to log in to the website for the past several hours. I got an error message saying that my password is incorrect even though it isn’t. However, I am able to log in to the app. The problem is that I cannot book GoWild fares on the app. Therefore, I can’t use a key benefit of the GoWild pass.
The GoWild fare is available for my route. I am very flexible since I am driving from NJ to Dallas today and need to fly to Las Vegas today from any airport along my route, then back to that same airport later today or tomorrow.

I just made a thread about this exact issue... looks like they're having an authentication issue. Who knows when they'll fix it.

We can all hope its their crack IT team working on installing an upgrade. Nah, just kidding. I didn't have any troubles after clicking login the third time a few minutes ago.

I saw the banner for the cheap fall fares and the Bring a Friend for Free promotions this morning before work. I tried to search on a couple of different browsers, and the site wouldn't let me select any cities.

The same thing occurred 10 hours later after work. App seems to work fine, but using my big old desktop is so much easier. The point is, the site as a whole isn't working, not just for logging in.

I am surprised there hasn't been another upgrade announcement, since the last one went so well...

I suspected this was busted bc I could not log in either and the forgot password process wasn't working either. I finally reset password yesterday and could log on.
