Latest nonsense
 

So bought some tickets for family with points. We bought seats together since one of the family members is 13. Well in their usual dicking around with canceling and reassigning flights they somehow took away one person's assigned seat and now the 13 year old is supposed to sit in a middle seat 12 rows away from the rest of the family. Clear as can be those seats were paid for, still shows up on the emailed receipt. Frontier not only is saying sorry we can't do anything but they aren't even refunding the seat fees which were paid. Not a huge deal, the 13 year old is responsible enough but I could see some parents pulling a total Karen act on these agents who obviously didn't do this.

Really until they fine Frontier punitively for this nonsense why would they ever change? I'm thankful I have Elite as it keeps me out of these situations for the most part but this is how they treat my family even when I use my points on them.

socking, can you dispute the fees on cc?
other airlines pull this crap too, if they can get away with it....
at least on F9 you get free water
spirit, wizz, zip air won't even offer that, 10 hours with NO free water and 7 kg of hand baggage
I know someone in the throws of a choking fit and the FA came over with water and the cc machine to demand payment!
