Miles expiration?
 
Is Frontiers miles expiration on hold? Tried calling and it's impossible. Thanks

I have that same question. I received notice six months ago that expiration was to resume in six months, but there's no way to tell from my account profile what the actual expiration date is.

I got an email from Frontier in Octoboer stating expiration set to start back in on January 10th:

Attention FRONTIER MILESsm members:
Mile expiration resumes January 10th 2023. To keep your miles from expiring, simply earn more! We have teamed up with the following partners to give you more ways to earn, take action now to save:

If you've earned miles in the last 12 months, your miles will not expire.

Does that mean that (if we haven't flown recently) the miles expired Jan. 10? Or that the expiration clock will start again on Jan. 10?

(I got that same letter in December but it wasn't terribly specific.)
