Seating

On A320 CLE-MCO all 30 passengers crammed in back of aircraft including middle seats. Why not spread out passengers.

That does sound odd. I was just on a Southwest flight a couple days ago that was maybe 30% full and they had us spread out evenly throughout the cabin to keep the plane balanced.
