Denied Vouchers for Cancelling Flight.
I accepted an offer to cancel two flights in exchange for credits and $50 vouchers which I never received. . Subsequently I accepted an offer to exchange the credits for miles.
I wrote to Frontier pointing out they never issued the vouchers and they said they cannot be issued now because I already exchanged the credits for miles.
Does this make any sense at all?
