Frontier airlines voucher question -Covid 19

We canceled our Spring break trip to FL. Paid $780 total for 4 flights. Got our money in a voucher plus a $200 extra voucher to use. Need to book by mid-June to keep the voucher value. Looking to go March 2021, but prices now are $450 per ticket! No way! (I'm a teacher and husband is a police officer--we have difficulty flying during the "off season".)

Could I potentially buy a ticket/tickets that are around the $980 amount and include THE WORKS bundle, which allows fee-free cancellation, and cancel, say November 2020. Then.... use THAT voucher/refund to purchase 4 tickets for March 2021 at, what I hope to be, a more reasonable price.

Does this make sense and could I do it to hopefully get similar / good rates for March 2021??

I have the same question and am in the same situation. Which policy takes precedence: the one time change permitted by the COVID policy, or the Works refund/change policy?
