Unauthorized Bag Charge
 
I purchased a one way ticket without bags for a friend and was charged the ticket fee through the Frontier App. On the day of the flight I noticed a $55 charge on the flight day for a bag that was not added by me.
Can the airline do that? It does not seem right to me
