Flunkkkkkkk!!! - The Frontier tray table
 

Seriously, these things are awful. I knew I was in for a treat when the flight attendant made an announcement at the beginning that "the tray tables are not toys; please do not allow your children to play with them."

Every few minutes throughout the flight....."Flunkkkkkkk!" That hollow, reverberating sound.

Granted, it wasn't just children playing with them. It was also adults hitting them with their knees.

Horrible design.

It's entirely possible that they didn't take seat-kicking kids "bouncing" the things into consideration when designing.
