Is Denver to Punta Cana canceled? Did it go away with the Apple Vacations contract? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

The Apple contract hasn't ended - it's seasonal - summer only.

It's close to the limit of range for the A319 and prevailing winds put it beyond range in winter.

I am surprised it does not show on their route map as seasonal.

This what Frontier said on Twitter "We don't service from Denver. You can view on our route map which cities we do." But then their vp Daniel Shurz ‏said "Seasonal summer only service"

It isn't shown in the interactive map - now - because the season is over, and the pdf map doesn't differentiate. It has always been seasonal from the day it was first announced and continues to be so for the reason given above.

Maybe the Neo aircraft, with slightly greater range, will enable them to fly it in winter, but presently it is what it is.
