Frontier's website and Republic
 
When I book a ticket on Frontier website, it still shows "Republic Airways (Frontier Airlines, Inc) [US]" to the left of the URL.

I thought Republic finalized the sale of Frontier though. Is it totally finalized?

Thats just there secured web server certificate name, just like a domain name the information has to be updated, and no one has probably done that. Their IT department is probably too busy fixing stuff on their buggy website to log in to their account and change it. Frontier Airlines is fully a subsidary of Indigo Partners, LLC.
