Other Redemption Options
 

With the cutbacks at MKE, I thought it would be worthwhile listing the redemption options at F9 besides flights and magazines (not listed on the website):

Avis: 1 day rental 7,500 miles

Hertz: 3 days 15,000
1 week 40,000

National: 2 days 10,000
1 week 35,000
(With National you must take your chances with availability day of rental.)

Radisson: 1 night either 20,000 or 35,000 depending on property.

Amtrak: 7,500-50,000 depending on route.

FTD: 2 $50 vouchers 15,000
3 $50s 20,000

Disney World: 5 day park hopper 35,000
(Pass expires 14 days from first use.)

When I called, the friendly CSR said all awards are non refundable and expire 1 year from issue, but are transferable. All awards arrive in 2-4 weeks (so they are not really something you can do on the spur of the moment like a flight) except for the Disney passes which take 4-6 weeks but you can pay a $10 fee and they will send out the passes within 10 business days.
