F9 Return to SJC?

I was wondering if Frontier will think about returning to SJC or moving their SFO base to SJC with fog delays at SFO and the new SJC terminal can F9 bring service to DEN , Cancun, Costa Rica etc?

It's my understanding that they left SJC due to high costs associated with the new terminal. It's unlikely that they would return IMO.

Yes, its too extremely expensive to pay new terminal. They won't bring it back for a quite long time. Instead, F9 will have to stay in SFO. That's where its belongs there. I don't see it happening anytime soon unless if F9 will have reconsider again.

Frontier Airlines adds San Jose airport service at $29 intro fare

After the initial announcement above, Frontier announced the addition of three more cities: Atlanta, Cincinnati and Colorado Springs. I would post a link to the Mercury News article "Frontier Airlines adds nonstop San Jose flights amid expansion push" but I got a message saying I don't have enough posts to do that.

Here ya go on the Mercury-News article

For ATL-SJC it's still months away, but I might look opportunistically at a trip or two if costs are low enough.
