Will Frontier pay for hotel for schedule change?
My wife and I are scheduled to vacation next Month in Orlando. We were scheduled to return on Tuesday the 18th on Frontier (MCO-DEN-COS) but Frontier just changed their schedule so their is no late-afternoon evening flights from Denver to Colorado Springs. They are asking us to accept a rescheduled flight for the next morning. Does Frontier pay for an additional hotel night in these cases? What should be my approach?

It can't hurt to ask. Let us know how it goes.

If you are slightly flexible, this might be your solution. Hope it works out. |
There are probably plenty of UA flights from DEN to COS. They will definitely book you on UA if you call them and tell them that's what you want. Be sure they reissue the ticket. You should get a different ticket number than your original ticket number.

I had a similar situation last week, MKE-FLL.
As 9499 mentions, a day before or day after will be allowed, but you can forget the hotel idea. Alternatively, take the refund and book another carrier. |
