The sign-in to Frontier's website has been very hit-and-miss the last couple of days. This has occurred on 2 different computers, so I don't think it's on my end.

The sign in has been hit and miss ever since they converted the Midwest Miles accounts. It sometimes can take multiple attempts to sign in.

The sign-in box which "floated" above the newly-reskinned Frontier home page (which was quite buggy, didn't work on Mobile or Chrome, and often vanished in the middle of trying to enter your account information) seems to now be redirecting to a separate login page with the old site layout... which would be nice if the login button actually did anything, but it appears to be non-functional.

I was attempting to book an award ticket to Mexico this past Saturday and was asked to login three separate times on three separate pages, but the good news is that it eventually did work, and Frontier's taking me to Cancun in March, with a Sunday return (on a standard award, which I was quite happy about).

After multiple attempts to sign in, today, using various browsers, I finally got in with Firefox. In the past, I've easily logged in with Chrome, which is my browser of choice, but no success today. Even trying IE, the attempts merely timed out.

BTW, there are numerous changes to the website, some cosmetic (more green, less blue), as well as page design. Included are modifications to https://www.frontierairlines.com/fre...yers/myaccount. I still do not see where a customer can change a seat assignment, though. Where can I find that? :)

Frontier should start paying more attention to Chrome given that it just passed FF in browser usage statistics:

I'm liking the changes to the My Account page. Shows the upcoming reservations instead of the same 5 from last year.

My upcoming flights are finally showing up on the My Account page. They were only booked months ago.

I also like the link for info about the Redemption levels. Definitely helpful if you are not familiar with F9.

The adjacent box with the title '"Standard Roundtrip" is empty.

As are mine, I did notice though that when I click on a reservation and look at the duration it does not take into account time zone changes. I guess they are still working a "few" glitches.

Seat assignments are missing. When I retrieve the reservation on Virtually There. The assignments are correct.

Clicking through and looking at past reservations it shows a seat assignment with a star underneath stating that the seat is not assigned and the phone number to call. Also when I click under status 'click here to add' I get a server error.
Even with the the small problems, I like the new design.

Sign-in seems to be working for me in Chrome now, using the new (separate-page) link rather than the previous floating dialog.

It would be nice if the tab-order on the flight search on the homepage was set correctly, tabbing in the "From:" skips over the "To:" and goes straight to the # of passengers.
