Frontier Airlines website down?
 

Trying to check in for my flight, but I am unable to open the website.

Anybody else having problems?

Welcome christgs80! I'm able to load the site just fine, but it may just be the checkin system. Try again in a little while maybe? Are any other sites having problems?

It tells me there is a runtime error.

Every other site works fine for me.

It's been down about two hours; they are aware of the problem and must still be trying to resolve issues.

Even when I try to click on a link from their email, I get the same error message that you got, when trying to connect.

I just got off the phone with them...they said they have received other calls about the website being down for some people, and are working on it.

It's back up. The site wasn't down too long, especially when compared with the problems AirTran experienced with their site, earlier this week.

The outage seemed to have begun around 5:00 PM CT. All is well now.

I'm guessing both websites were down to get ready for the new federal fare rules that go into effect today.

Phew - glad I checked in for my flight today yesterday afternoon. But I did notice after I logged into my account that I had nothing posted in the "upcoming flights" section and had to find my way to the My Bookings section to find the listing with the code (since I didn't have it handy).

F9 website has been having problems for quite awhile today, including the booking engine.

However, the new mobile site is working, including redirecting, through the back door, to the full (working) website.
