Online Boarding Pass Error amd other issues
 

Attention SJC Fliers your Boarding Pass may say Gate C12 when Frontier Boards out of Gate C5 . This is a major error. From the ticket counter make a left and head straight through security Gate C5 will be on your right by United.

I can imagine two unexperienced fliers going to Gate C12 and no F9.

Also for the first F9 SJC-DEN Flight security opens at 5:00AM and F9 opens at 4:30.

Frontier has been flying out of C12 since last November, so head over to the Alaska side of the terminal. C5 is now used by US Airways.

The ticket counter location also changed recently from the end near the food court to the space next to NW. :)
