Cheers, Frontier!

I thought I'd share a positive experience I had today.

I spent the better part of the afternoon searching all of Skyteam for an award flight MCO > SFO in August. I could nearly get the pieces put together, but not fully. Very frustrating, and I really don't like to use miles for domestic travel anyway, but I need to in this case. I called AMEX to inquire about who I can transfer MR points to, and F9 came up.

Granted, the hold time for the award desk was unreasonably long (I almost missed the CSR when I had to leave my desk for a bit and left the speakerphone on). Once connected, though, I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed as a new customer. I was very surprised to be offered a 15K(!!!) award on my days and times in less than a couple of minutes. Very positive.

I'm looking forward to flying this airline. Thanks, Frontier.

I think you will find, like many of us have, that F9 offers similarly fine pre-flight and in-flight service from all of their employees, and their on-time performance is so good that it is possible to take it for granted!

On time - that's what they told me when I inquired about my 29 min connection time. It'll be nice to get another perspective flying a different airline.

I flew F9 for the first time yesterday, DEN-MDW. It was a very pleasent experience with great service, two beverage services, choice of Sun Chips or Doritos and of course the LiveTV.

I did the LiveTV trial until it asked for $5 for the duration of the flight at which point I opted to view their free propaganda/variety channel.

I've only flown Frontier once, but it was a great experience. Loved the LiveTV for my toddler....the plane was clean and the FA were very pleasant. Loved the snacks and drink options. Definately better than NW experiences...too bad my FF is with NW.

I have a trip to the US coming up next month. Currently the plan calls for meetings in Boston and San Francisco. However, I'm lobbying intensely to do a one-day stopover in Denver -- in part so that I can fly Frontier. :p

Even if I don't get the green light for that it's not a problem, coz I already have a SFO-LAX Frontier flight on my last day. ;)
