Anyone else have problems with frontieralirnes.com ?
EDIT: title should be frontierairlines.com (typo-- sorry)
Just curious if this is just me...
I try to login to see award availability into Anchorage this summer. The site recognizes me.
I log in, choose "Redeem Miles" at the top right of the main page
I click "Next" after being shown the T&Cs
I put in my dates and city pairs for my flight. I Click "Search".
It asks me to login again.
I enter the login userid and PW again. I click "Login". The userID and PW are both correct.
It asks me to login again.
This time I choose "Continue as guest".
Then I get a page that says:
System Error
This Web site has encountered an error!
A system error has occurred. Please return to the home page to start over.
The only option now is to click on "Home" which takes me to the main page again.
I'm on a mac, and it happens with both Safari (4.0.4) and Firefox (3.5.5)
Does anyone else experience this? Am I crazy? Thanks.
EDIT: finally figured out something that works:
Safari
1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
2. From the Security dialog box, from Accept Cookies, click to select Always.
3. Click Close.
I shouldn't have to do that. Oh well, at least it works now....
