Vermont Winter Getaway Vacation Contest Terms & Conditions
The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and Canada, age 18 and over. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths, military installations, and where prohibited by law. Only one entry per person.
The contest period begins November 1, 2012 and ends December 15, 2012
Prize drawings will be held on December 16, 2012. Winners will be notified by phone, email or post. Winners consent to having their name used in publicity about this sweepstakes by submitting an entry.
Employees of the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing (VDTM) or the Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) of the State of Vermont, contracted advertising and promotional agencies for ACCD, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.
The prizes: Getaway prize includes 1 vacation package: 5 days 4 nights Winter Escape for dates of 1/1/13 – 1/5/13 Must Agree to Vermont Lake House Rentals (VTLHR) Terms of Service Agreement 7 days prior to stay. This includes a cleaning, insurance and applicable taxes (if any).
No purchase necessary. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Only entries received via the official web entry form will be included in the drawings
