Paris weekend trip during Easter 2009

I have booked a weekend trip for my sister and her boyfriend for Friday - Sunday during easter 2009 (10th of April to the 12th) as a gift. 2 nights at the Renaissance Paris Vendome Hotel using some Marriott points and SK flights out of CPH to CDG. However, I am slightly concerned about what Paris is like during Easter - are most places (shopping, restaurants, sights, museums, cafés etc) closed, or are they open as a normal weekend?

I've been in Paris on Easter several times. All of the major museums are open; the Sunday reduced rates are also in effect. Restaurants are open. Shopping is like any other Sunday.

On the day after Easter, Easter Monday, Paris is much quieter than on Easter Sunday itself: (1) the major department stores are closed, (2) some of the museums which are open on Sunday have their regular Monday closures, (3) very little traffic.
