Au Pied du cochon is open 24/7 and was open last Christmas. Here's a link:

FWIW, we've found lots of odd schedules next week. One restaurant we tried (Chez Georges on Rue du Mail) was closed on Saturday the 30th, but open on the 27th. Another, Le Fin Gourmet, was closed on the 26th, but were happy to take us for the 30th. I would just suggest calling ahead, since schedules are all sort of out of whack.

In Paris, all stores will be open on Dec. 26. Some museums are closed on Tuesdays.
If you can read French, you can buy the magazine 'Pariscope', which gives all information needed on theaters, concerts, museums. I will be in Paris from Dec. 27.
