New Years Eve recommendations
I have a friend who is going to Paris for the new years break and is looking for somewhere to dine on New Years Eve.
She has searched the web and is only finding places that are over budget for her.
Does anyone have an recommendations for somewhere that is not OTT in terms of price? I know it is a bit late in the day, but I thought I would try.

Posting the approximate desired budget (as well as maximum) per person/group, with or without wine, aperatif, etc would allow FTers to give excellent suggestions.....
In addition, any preference re: cuisine, area, single diner or group??
