Do I have to clear customs??
 

I am flying into Paris (CDG) on NW Airlines and need to know if after arriving at the airport can I go to a "transfer desk" and get return tickets withOUT having to go through customs? I am on mileage run and don't want to leave airport.

In Amsterdam, for example, you can just go to the KLM transfer desks (or the KLM Lounges) and get boarding passes issued...all without ever leaving airport.

Might be possible but airside facilities at CDG (particularly CDG 2) seem to be a bit sparse. At any rate, immigration & customs at CDG aren't too bad if tere's no queue.
