I arrive into CDG also on 31 December at 9:55am and should be at my hotel before noon. How about lunch? I'd be happy to go as high as something like Taillevent and as low as a small quiet spot serving €15 formules. Or how about afternoon tea at Ladurée or Mariage Frères?

I'm going to be in Paris, flying in on the same flight as you probably, since it arrives CDG at the same time.
