I ate in Daniel et Denise Crqui when I was in Lyon a couple of nights ago. Joseph Viola has been at the helm for almost 20 years now and if you are looking for an authentic Lyonnais Buchon, it ticks all the boxes.

When in Lyon, buchon is a must, I think.
I like the location of this place as it is so close to the train station. Will definitely keep it on my list.
