Nantes, France - 3 week lost bike - Please help
Hi, a friend of mine desperately needs help getting a bike that has been stuck with KLM in Nantes for 3 weeks now. Is there anyone that can assist? It's ridiculous. She even has an airtag on the bike. She's been on whatsapp, twitter, everything, and KLM says "The bike was scheduled to be on a flight 7/16". That airtag has not moved anywhere. And today is the 20th.

kerouac2 She is in the US. The bike needs to get back to Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). How can we this get solved? She can't just hop a flight to France to get the bike. Claim is filed. She can't reach any human at the Nantes airport. Main number doesn't work. Can anyone go there in person and help get this solved?
