Looking for Paris hotel recommendations in Bastille area
My wife and our adult daughter are going to spend a week in Paris starting a week from today. I'd love to find them a nice accommodation in the Bastille area which they loved when they visited 10 years ago. Unfortunately the place where they stayed the last time around has closed. Ideally it would be a small hotel with some charm but a chain hotel is fine as well, as long as the immediate neighborhood is lively and safe. FWIW we have status with Marriott and Hilton but that's not really a consideration. Cost is not a major issue but not looking for high luxury either.
All recommendations gratefully accepted! Thanks in advance.

If room size is not too much if an issue:

Avoid anything on major party streets (Rue de Lappe etc) like the plague unless you sleep during the day only.

Difficult in that area. Maybe Maison Brguet, but the views are not as nice (https://www.maisonbreguet.com/). It does have a Spa though and I liked the room I was in (travelling by myself, may I add).
On the far side of the Bastille area, there's Hotel Bastille Boutet (MGallery Accor - https://all.accor.com/hotel/A064/index.en.shtml) which is nice enough, especially if you manage to get one of the rooms with a roof terrace, but it's not really convenient for anywhere other that the area itself.

My suggestion is Hotel Prince De Conti but it is in the 6th. The area is lively but quiet at night. However, it is not right by the Bastille

Even though I said above that cost was not a major issue, I just about had a heart attack when I saw the prices. I'll wait to win the lottery first.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Update: None of the recommendations had rooms available for the precise dates needed, so my daughter ended up booking a place called the Hotel Relais Bosquet. It seems well-located, has good reviews, and didn't break the bank. I will report back on their experience. Thanks to all!
