French Equivalent of Global Entry
 
Is there a French government sponsored program similar to the United States Global Entry? If so, can you get it if you are not a French citizen or permanent resident?

The system is called PARAFE -- https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actual...lus-rapidement

It is reserved to EU citizens + citizens of Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

Thanks. So it's not really like Global Entry in that it doesn't require an enrollment, right?
