Suggestion for stop btw San Sebastian to Paris?
We're targeting to travel from San Sebastian/Hendaye to Paris on TGV in late June. However, we were tossing around the idea of doing an overnight stop along the way and are looking suggestions on where to visit. Any suggestions for options along the way with great food, interesting markets, picturesque town squares, walkable sites, etc? Tours and Bordeaux seem to be the bigger cities along route. While I was more thinking smaller towns, I would be open to being convinced to stopping there too.
