Car rental suggestions for Toulouse/Gascony for 12 days?
 

Tend to like local agencies over the big corporations....but maybe Hertz is the way to go here? Pick-up airport. Any recommendations.

Using local agencies in France would mean you are fairly fluent in French. If you are not fluent, I might suggest www.autoeurope.com which is a consolidator who will find you the best prices and offers you a 24 hour toll free line (in English) for help with any problem you might have.

As Hertz is one of the few companies that will charge one way, in France, drop off fees, I avoid them.
