CDG or ORY
Probably a very stupid and basic question, but here goes!
I have not flown to Paris for a long time. Planning a family trip (me, wife and 2 kids aged 7 and 5) for Feb mid term holidays. We will be flying with BA so have the choice of ORY or CDG. Which airport is preferable in terms of general airport experience, transfers to Paris and (much less importantly) BA lounge facilities?
Thanks in advance!

ORY is smaller than CDG and therefore easier to navigate, but it is older (less nice) than CDG.

ORY is smaller but I always get lost for boarding gates (confusion between halls, check-in desks and gates numbers) ... Despite having flight very regularly at this airport.
CDG is better for lounges (AF) and duty free.
ORY is better for taxi waiting time, distance to Paris centre.

Lounge not brilliant (landside) but they do escort you to the front of the security queue pre boarding. To be honest, most of the time you can roll up an hour before the flight, go through security and still be bored in the gate 31 area ...!
In terms of transfers to Paris, depends where you are headed, but with 4 of you, maybe easier in a taxi anyway, unless you are staying somewhere near RER B or the AF shuttle bus drop off.

So, if going to Paris by public transport with children and luggage, Orlybus might be a better bet. CDG, OTOH, is very straightforward on the RER, although not particularly picturesque or pleasant, unless you are into Seine-St-Denis chav-chic.
If traveling by taxi to/from central Paris, Orly would be better: shorter, quicker and cheaper than CDG.
