I hope it is all right to post here -
Asking fellow FTers to consider sponsoring my daughter who has just been accepted to run her first marathon (the London 2015). She only started training earlier this year and spends most evenings running around Dartmoor in all weathers. She has selected to run for The Dystonia Society - a charity very close to our hearts as her nephew was diagnosed with this.
All amounts gratefully received - no matter how small, they all add up.

Thank you all in advance and hope to meet some more of you at other "do's" enjoyed the Bristol one.
So proud of my daughter - she has just picked up her runners number for the London Marathon where she is running on behalf of the Dystonia Society - she had never run before latter past of last year (apart from between airline gates!) PLEASE think about donating - online with credit card (any country it goes to your individual currency - we know this from Chicago group donation thank you) :

That's what I call advance planning!
Good luck and I hope no one will dink this thread... after all if you attended a BAEC FT do, you are ahead of most on this forum, me included.

As The Dystonia Society is a registered UK charity, this fundraiser qualifies for inclusion in the FlyerTalkCares forum, so I've moved this thread into our dedicated charities forum.

Well she did it ! I cannot say how proud I am of her
Little Aiden - her nephew who suffers from Dystonia (which is why this charity was chosen) was taken to the finish line to see her finish, which brought tears to her eyes.

still time to donate : https://www.justgiving.com/JennyBridges/
